Cancellation & Payment policy

This Cancellation & Payment Policy forms part of the Terms & Conditions of Revive IV Therapy. By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms.

1. Deposits & Upfront Payments

  • Deposits:

    • A 50% deposit is required upfront to secure all IV drips and bundle bookings.

    • Deposits are non-refundable but deducted from the final cost of your treatment.

    • NAD+ bundles & high-value packages:

      • Require 50% deposit at time of booking and remaining payment after treatment.

      • Non-refundable except in cases of medical unsuitability (see Section 4).

    • Failure to pay:

      • Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit is received.

      • Revive IV Therapy reserves the right to cancel any booking where payment is not received.

  • Flexible Payment Options

    • Bundles & High-Value Treatments:

      • Revive IV Therapy may, at its discretion, offer flexible payment plans for large bundles, courses of drips, or high-value treatments.

      • These plans must be agreed before treatment begins.

    • Deposit Requirement:

      • A deposit is always required to secure the booking, even if a payment plan is in place.

      • Deposits remain non-refundable (see Section 1).

    • Instalments:

      • Instalments will be scheduled on agreed dates and collected automatically via card or bank transfer through a direct debit.

      • Missed instalments may result in treatment suspension until payments are up to date.

    • Non-Payment:

      • If instalments are missed or not paid in full, Revive IV Therapy reserves the right to:

        • Cancel future sessions,

        • Retain deposits or payments already made, and

        • Recover the outstanding balance via debt collection if necessary.

    • Discounts & Promotions:

      • Any promotional discounts applied to bundle pricing are conditional upon the full completion and payment of the bundle.

      • If you cancel part-way through a bundle, treatments already taken will be charged at the full single-session price, and any outstanding balance must be settled.

  • Failure to Pay:

    • Appointments are not confirmed until the required deposit or upfront payment has been received.

    • Revive IV Therapy reserves the right to cancel any appointment where payment is not received.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • More than 24 hours’ notice:

    • You may reschedule once free of charge.

    • Your deposit will roll over to the new appointment.

  • Less than 24 hours’ notice:

    • A cancellation made with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to 50% of the treatment cost.

    • This fee will be deducted from any deposit paid. If the deposit does not cover 50%, the balance must be paid before future bookings are accepted.

  • No-shows:

    • Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit and you will be charged the full treatment cost.

    • No future bookings will be confirmed until outstanding balances are settled.

  • Repeated cancellations/no-shows:

    • Revive IV Therapy reserves the right to refuse future appointments if a client repeatedly cancels, reschedules, or fails to attend.

3. Late Arrivals

  • Please arrive on time for your appointment.

  • Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in treatment refusal and will be treated as a late cancellation, with fees applied as above.

4. Medical Unsuitability

  • If, at your appointment, our medical team deems you unsuitable for treatment (e.g., due to medical contraindications or difficulty with vein access):

    • You will not be charged.

    • You may reschedule or request a full refund of any deposit or upfront payment made.

5. Refunds

  • Deposits and upfront payments are non-refundable except in the circumstances set out in Section 4.

  • Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.

6. Behaviour & Conduct

  • Revive IV Therapy has a strict zero-tolerance policy for aggression, abuse, or disrespectful behaviour towards staff.

  • In such cases, treatment will be refused, deposits will be forfeited, and you may be permanently banned from making future bookings.

7. Disputes & Chargebacks

  • By booking, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Payment Policy.

  • In the event of a payment dispute or chargeback, this document will serve as evidence that you were informed of and agreed to the terms.

8. Policy Updates

  • Revive IV Therapy reserves the right to update or amend this policy at any time.

  • The most recent version will always be available on our website. Clients are responsible for reviewing the current policy before booking.
